ANTIQUE VINTEN 35MM MOVIE CAMERA HOLLYWOOD. INCLUDES FOUR (4) DALLMEYER LENSES SHOWN PICTURE #5. Twin Lens Set: Dallmeyer Dalmac F/3,5 150mm F=6 in one unit. Dallmeyer Telephoto F/5,6 300mm F=12 in one unit.
With each lens set, the viewer lens is the same focal length and max aperture but it has no blades. In other words, the taking lens has blades, viewer lens does not. I believe you can operate this by hand crank if you add a crank handle to the main shaft like the Mitchell.
It is a special High Speed camera that was capable of speeds up to 300 frames per second with pin registered movement. HS 300 photo of the rear of the camera, the large black faced dial indicates frames per second and goes up to 300. It is a VERY rare camera indeed. It has two (identical) lenses fitted, one for the viewfinder and the other is the taking lens for the camera.
Offset but adjustable for parallax correction. The silver wheel on the door side of the camera is calibrated in feet and would be rotated to adjust the viewfinder to match the taking lens. Very few were made and the movement was HAND MADE by the engineers at Vinten.
FILM WITH IT AND DISPLAY IT IN HOME OFFICE, BUSINESS MUSEUM! The white motor had 2 missing flange ears. It still bolts up fine so it doesn't effect anything.
