This attachment lens was an accessory for the zoom. It screws onto the front of the Angenieux zoom shown, then index the focus numbers on the attachment in the correct position in relation to the zoom lens, then you snug down the 3 screws on the attachment. Once this is done, you can remove and install the attachment by a few turns. No tools needed for swapping on and off. EXCELLENT GLASS AND LENS, PRODUCING PERFECT IMAGE!
