Kiev-5 is a Soviet small-format rangefinder camera, produced from 1968 to 1973 at the Arsenal plant in Kiev. The type of photographic material used is 35 mm perforated photographic film 35 mm wide (film type 135) in standard cassettes.

It is possible to use special double-cassette cassettes with a diverging slot. The frame size is 24×36 mm.

The body is made of aluminum alloy, with a removable back wall. Shutter cocking and film rewind. Rewind roulette type (located on the side wall of the camera). The frame counter is automatic, self-resetting when the rear wall is removed.

The frame counter window is combined with the galvanometer window of the exposure meter. Shutter speeds - 1/2, 1/5, 1/10, 1/25, 1/50, 1/125, 1/250, 1/500, 1/1000 sec and "B".

Synchronization speed with electronic flash - 1/25 sec, with a one-time flash - 1/10 sec or more. It is recommended to set the shutter speed with the shutter cocked. Made by Arsenal factory in Kiev, Ukraine. The lens is clean, no scratches.
