The camera is somewhat functional; film advances properly, the viewfinder is clear, the shutter is accurate at all speeds, but the rangefinder does not function. It seems the focus wheel has come uncoupled. The included Contax 50mm f1.5 Sonnar T lens, #90557, is in similar condition, also rated a (7+). The aperture ring is smooth & functions properly, but there's some oil forming on the blades. It has some faint haze, marks near the rear element, spots of fungus, and specks of dust inside.
