This is the 2nd Model, introduced in 1952. They redesigned the Shutter that year with a top speed of 1/1000 second. The Serial # inside the back is TC90219.
He had lots of really nice equipment, some hardly used. I do not believe this camera has been used much at all. Cosmetically, it is beautiful - clean with nice black leather, paint, and chrome controls. No missing leather, dings or chips and the chrome is still shiny. The shutter fires, Aperture Ring turns; and the lens focuses well.
The Lens glass looks clear - no haze, scratches or fungus, just a little dust. The Lens is a Carl Zeiss Tessar 80mm f2.8 with Serial # 1492246.
Also included is the Original Lens Cap, Sports Finder and Original Black Case. The Lens Cap is in good undamaged condition. It is sometimes hard to find original lens caps for these vintage cameras. The Sports View Finder is also in very nice condition. The Case is in good shape - nice leather, no breaks or tears. It is a bit scuffed in places. The metal clasp still works. The inside is a little dirty. Please see photos for details and ask if you have a question. The item "1952 Hasselblad Med.
